What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All payments are securely processed – we never store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Just email us at info@seventeengifts.com with your order number. After that, the parcel may have already been packed.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! Once your order ships (usually within 1–3 business days), you’ll get an email with a tracking link.

How long does shipping take?
We ship from China. Standard international shipping takes 10–20 business days. Please note that customs or busy seasons may cause slight delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders automatically applied at checkout.
My order hasn’t arrived after 25 days. What should I do?
💔 Returns & refunds
Not in love with your item? Can I return it?
If the item is unopened and in original condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. For items under $15 or already used, we cannot accept returns – but you’re welcome to keep or gift it.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We’re so sorry! Send a clear photo to info@seventeengifts.com within 7 days. We’ll send you a free replacement or offer a partial refund (e.g., 30% for wrong color). No need to return anything.
I changed my mind after receiving it – can I still get a refund for a $9.99 item
Because shipping costs are high, we don’t refund low-value items ($15 and under) for change of mind. We recommend gifting it to a friend or keeping it as a little treat for yourself 💕

Right now we’re an online-only shop (based in China). But we ship worldwide to make your home cuter wherever you are 🌍
