📦 Shipping Policy
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Please understand that high-quality home decor and furniture are heavy and expensive to ship; we cover these costs entirely to keep your shopping experience simple.
2. Processing & Delivery
Processing: 3–7 business days (some handcrafted items may take longer).
Delivery: 15–25 business days for most international destinations.
Note: Due to the size of home decor items, packages may be handled by specialized oversized-item carriers. Customs clearance in your country may occasionally add 5-10 days to the timeline.
3. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. Once an item is dispatched, we cannot change the destination. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
1. “Change of Mind” (No Returns)
Due to the high cost of international logistics for bulky home goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, “don’t like the style,” or “it doesn’t fit my room.”
Pro Tip: Please measure your space and check the product dimensions carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Home decor can be fragile. If your item arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility.
Strict Requirement for Claims:
To qualify for a solution, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:
The shipping label on the sealed box.
The opening of the package.
The specific damage or defect clearly shown.
Claims without a valid unboxing video or made after 5 days of delivery cannot be processed.
3. Our Solutions for Damage:
Minor Damage: If the item is still functional but has a small aesthetic flaw, we may offer a partial refund (compensation) as a quick solution.
Major Damage: For broken or unusable items, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Note: In 99% of cases, you do not need to ship the heavy item back to China.
🛑 Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once we have initiated the logistics process for heavy goods, the order cannot be canceled.
