💖 Free worldwide shipping on all orders – no minimum, no hidden fees.

📦 Shipping

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment.
All orders are shipped from China with a tracking number (sent via email).
Standard delivery: 10–20 business days. (Occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier – we’ll help you track it, but cannot refund for late delivery.)

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully.

Defective / damaged / wrong item?
If your item arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

Send us an unboxing video (continuous, showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly).
After we confirm the issue, we’ll provide a return address.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will only refund the product price (the original shipping fee is not refundable because we already paid for it – it’s free to you).
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price only.

No unboxing video? No defect confirmation? Unfortunately we cannot process a refund.

Wrong color/size? – unless it’s a clear mistake from our side, we do not accept returns. Please check the product description carefully before ordering.

✏️ Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been packed or shipped.
